Westside Workout’s Owner, Joan Habschmidt, is over 50 and a 25-year veteran of Pilates. She knows on a personal, as well as professional level that, as we age, our bodies become more vulnerable to wear and tear. Therefore we need a delicate balance between challenging the body to become strong and, at the same time, protecting it from injury.
