Westside Workout is celebrating its fourteenth year and has recently expanded. We are noted for our high caliber, certified teachers and the individualized attention given each client. We are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals by providing safe, effective instruction in a positive and supportive atmosphere.

This is what we offer:
Private Sessions: We work with you one-on-one. At the initial session, we discuss your fitness goals, conduct a Health and Fitness Assessment and introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates. We carefully design an individualized routine.
Duo Sessions: We work with you and a partner. Before getting started with your partner, we request that you come alone for your initial session to complete a Health and Fitness Assessment. This ensures that we meet your goals and personalize your routine.
Group Reformer Classes: You perform traditional Pilates exercises on the reformer with up to six students. If you are a beginner, we require that you take 4 private sessions first to learn the basics and ensure a positive experience in class. (Please see "Fees and Hours" for information on Introduction to Pilates series).
