Our Sessions are Personalized and Therapeutic
We carefully design a personalized Pilates routine based on a Health and Fitness Evaluation conducted at the initial session. Working one-on-one with the same instructor each week, your routine is updated and varied as your fitness needs change. Many of our clients build strong rapport with their trainers and find the supportive relationship invaluable in achieving their goals. Private sessions are 55 minutes in length and made by appointment.
You exercise side by side with a partner. Though your session is shared, your routine is tailored to your needs and you are given individualized attention. Either you bring your own partner or, in some cases, we are able to partner up clients. Duos are 55 minutes in length and scheduled by appointment.
